Did you know that Faith offers fun & free exercise opportunities during the week? Witness to Fitness is our walking/exercise group that meets on Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 9 AM. We also offer Tai Chi on Monday/Wednesday at 10:30AM. Contact the church office for more information on Tai Chi.
