Lake South District UMM Wednesday Night Bible Study: Each Wednesday evening at 6:30 p.m. via teleconference. On March 5 (Ash Wednesday) we will be starting a Lenten study. Contact Dale Carver or Jim Simmons for details.
Men of Faith Sunrise Breakfast: Sunday, 3/9, at 7:30 a.m. in the FUMC fellowship hall. Breakfast will be provided. We will review recent events and update information on upcoming activities. The meeting will close with a short devotional. Dale Carver will lead the meeting.
Lake South District UMM Monthly Breakfast Meeting: This month’s breakfast will be on Saturday, 3/8, at 8:30 a.m. The host this month is Wesley UMC (Chicago), 201 E 95th St, Chicago, IL 60619. Please contact Dale Carver if you plan to attend.
Faith UMC United Methodist Men Recognition Sunday: Yep! It’s that time of year again. March 16th the sermon topic will be, “That’s Not Fair.” The day will conclude with a concert and free dinner. The Alleluia Quartet will be returning by popular demand to perform for us in the sanctuary beginning at 3 p.m. Beginning at 4 p.m. there will be a free sloppy joe, chips, and dessert meal in the fellowship hall. Free-will offerings will be accepted.
Promise Keepers Breakfast: Wednesday, 3/19, 8:30 a.m. at Stacks Restaurant. Stacks is located at the corner of Harlem Avenue and 183rd Street. Jim Simmons will lead the meeting.
