SUNDAY SCHOOL INFORMATION

Sunday School

Classes are held during our 9:00 am traditional church service. Families come to church service together and then children are dismissed to Sunday School after Children's Moment concludes during service.

Classes are held during our 10:45 am contemporary church service.  Families come to church service together and then children are dismissed to Sunday School.

Sunday School is offered for children ages PreK to 8^thGrade. The PreK through 5^th Grade is using the Rock Solid curriculum from Cokesbury. Our Junior High class is using Faith for Life series. For more information, please contact the church office at: (708) 444-8560.

The first Sunday of the month, children are encouraged to join their families in church service. We also have our Pin program on the first Sunday of the month for children that participate in service projects. Nursery care is also available during church service as well.

3^rd Grade Bible Study

The Bible study class consists of 3^rd graders meeting on the first Sunday of the month during the 9:00am traditional church service. At the beginning of this program in October, students received their Bibles so that they can bring them to class and become familiar with their very own Bible.

Volunteers

We love all of our volunteers: teachers, helpers and roamers. Our Sunday School program would not exist without our volunteers. Would you like to teach a Sunday School class a song or make a craft or read one of your favorite Bible stories? If you would like to get involved with our Sunday School program, please contact the church office at (708) 444-8560. There are lots of ways to get involved with our Sunday School program. We have roamer positions that allow you to offer a small amount of your time and allows you to sign-up to help for just one Sunday. We also have helper and teacher rotations for various Sunday School classes. We are also open to new ideas and suggestions, please contact the church office and let them know.
