Details of Event/Activity: Be specific in your description about the activity. The more we know here the better we can enable a decision for the correct type of advertising or publicity! Type as much as you like to fully convey your details.

Desired Publicity for Event/Activity - please check all desired (You will be notified of any costs to your organizations.):  NOTE: As a general rule "the earlier the better" is good guidance for publicizing events. News Releases to Newspaper/Radio must be submitted at least one month in advance. Plan ahead.

Weekly Bulletin Briefs- For announcements to appear in the weekly bulletins, please contact the FUMC Office at 444-8560. Please submit information by Tuesday. 

Oral Announcements - These will be made (sparingly) by the Pastors, Lay Leaders, or Worship Leaders during the Sunday worship service.  If you have an announcement that is in need of such attention, please speak with a pastor any time prior to 9:00AM Sunday.

Power Point - For events or information to appear on the weekly computer display that runs in the sanctuary before Sunday services, and in the narthex following worship, please contact Beth Kawczynski via email at bethk@faithumcop.org.

Newsletter - For events or information to appear in the monthly edition of Faith Matters, please contact the FUMC Office at 444-8560.  Please submit materials by the 10th of each month.

FUMC Website - Submit all news, announcements, and materials to Sandy Mawhinnie at webmaster@faithumcop.org.  Please allow 3-5 days for posting.  

Calling Post - For announcements to be sent using our automated telephone messaging system, contact Sandy Ward at sandyward@faithumcop.org.  When possible, 5-7 days notice is appreciated. 

E-Mail Blast - At times, electronic messages will be sent out to members in hopes of conveying upcoming calendar events and/or special programming opportunities.  To have such a “blast” sent, please submit your request to Ron Kulak at ronkulak@yahoo.com.  In addition, if you have not yet provided the Church with an e-mail address, or have but wish not to receive such notifications, please contact the FUMC Office at 444-8560.
